    Most areas are treated every 4–6 weeks, depending on your hair growth and the area being treated.

  • CAN ANY SKIN TYPE BE TREATED?

    SHR allows us to treat many skin types, including tanned and darker skin tones. Suitability is assessed during your consultation.

AFTERCARE — HOW TO LOOK AFTER YOUR SKIN 

Proper aftercare is essential for getting the best results and keeping your skin calm and comfortable. For 24–48 hours after treatment, please:

  • Avoid sun exposure, tanning and hot environments.
  • Avoid hot showers, saunas, spas and intense exercise.
  • Avoid deodorants on the underarms and avoid perfumed products.
  • Avoid scrubbing, exfoliation or any harsh friction.
  • Avoid using active skincare ingredients (retinol, AHAs, BHAs, vitamin C, etc.).
  • Avoid any other form of hair removal (waxing, plucking, epilators).
  • Keep the area moisturised with a gentle, fragrance-free lotion.
  • Apply SPF 50+ daily to protect the treated area.
